About Me
Hi, I’m Jolanta, Founder of G&A Insight Solution.
I built my HR career from the ground up, starting in hands on HR operations and growing into strategic HR and People Operations across EMEA. From onboarding and compliance to scaling teams and supporting leadership, I’ve seen how businesses really run behind the scenes.
One thing became clear: most businesses don’t lack vision, they lack structure, clarity and execution.
That’s why I founded G&A Insight Solution.
